Mental health shows up in many aspects of everyday life.  Did you know it can be related to voice projection and temperament?  Our affiliated voice coach and mindfulness yoga trainer will reveal the linkages for you.  Join us if you use your voice a lot, or if you want to strengthen your mental health all-round through yoga, mindfulness, and counselling!

聲線導師郭立文

有時候幫助人解決有關聲線的問題,更多時候提供呼吸和表達的空間給相遇的人。 郭立文早年從事電視配音與電台播音工作,人體發聲的學習則來自聲樂訓練、劇場排練。他現時主要和不同團體合作,教授聲線運用,配音技巧,亦有個別教授廣東話正音咬字。他相信每個人都擁有獨特的聲音,動聽與否只是個人審美,重要的是真實。

 Voice Coach – Kevin Kwok  

Kevin engages in helping people to resolve vocal problems.  More than that, it’s about the way of breathing and expression for everyone. In his earlier career, he is the dubbing artist for TV and radio broadcast and a specialist in imitating and creating characters.  After that, he gains knowledge on voice production from vocal music and theatre training. Kevin works with different organizations currently, teaches the ways to use voices and dubbing techniques.  He also has personal training sessions on Cantonese pronunciation correction. He believes everyone has unique voice.  Whether it is melodious depends on personal interpretation, what’s crucial is being real and true.

瑜伽導師 Natalie Tyrwhitt-Drake 彭梓瑜

Natalie七年前因網球舊患惡化開始接觸瑜伽,練習過程中漸漸感受到瑜伽對她壓力和情緒管理的幫助,以及強化和保養身體的效果,2020年便立志參加200小時導師培訓把瑜伽的益處分享給身邊的人。她同時間也是一位心理輔導學碩士畢業生和大學助教,所以在瑜伽教導也特別重視帶領學員從練習當中覺察自己一些概定的思維模式和慣性的情緒反應。
