Co-founder of award-winning design creative One Bite Design, social experiment team One Bite Social and the lead behind renowned innovative social initiatives like Project House, WonderFOLD, Plant Library, etc., Sarah puts design thinking and community facilitation into daily practice. Through her works on public space, social design, and cross-disciplinary creative strategies, she and her team sophisticatedly adopt design thinking in ideation, community engagement and systemic advocacy to create human-centered solutions for the city. In the last couple of years, she has been continuously conducting training for public and private sectors, supporting teams to empower creativity. She has developed design thinking methodology, knotie, and a 6-step project stage for Hong Kong context.

Sarah Mui

With background as a MA Urban Design graduate, Kelly is a lover of placemaking and cultural exploration, thrives in connecting people to their community.

At One Bite, Kelly has designed over 100 engagement workshops and facilitated in over 300 hours of group sessions. She sees the divergent and convergent thinking process in design thinking as the best brain exercise towards innovative ideas and strategies. As part of the engagement team, Kelly always ensure design strategies align with the public’s needs, of which empathy always comes first.

Kelly Tang

With a bachelor degree in Cultural Studies, Elmo has developed a keen interest in observing human activities in public spaces. In her role as a community strategist at One Bite Design Studio, Elmo actively contributes to the development of sustainable community development strategies. Her involvement in various social engagement programmes has equipped her with a strong facilitation skill, and she has further nurtured her curiosity about addressing community issues and public space dynamics. Elmo’s knowledge of design thinking, combined with her understanding of community dynamics, allows her to contribute to the development of effective strategies that enhance the quality of life for people within these communities.

Elmo Ho

Natasha is a service designer who blends her architectural background with a passion for community empowerment. This drives her to adapt a human-centric and participatory approach in shaping neighborhoods and continuously engage with local communities, users and stakeholders.She also has experience facilitating conversations and collaborations in the public sector in the UK, where she introduced design thinking to various domains of public services spanning public procurement, gamified learning, digital healthcare strategies, and policymaking.

Natasha holds a MA in Service Design from the Royal College of Art with a focus in of catalysing innovative and impactful social change through the power of design thinking.

Natasha Lee

10 years into the field, Stephanie has gained vast exposure across different countries and topics. She has hands-on experience with facilitation and training in HK, Taiwan, Bulgaria, and Romania for youth development, and public engagement in HK and South East Asia for cultural preservation and community development projects.

Recently, Stephanie has focused on public engagement for social issues such as age-friendly community, public amenities and space design, and placemaking initiatives. Stephanie is a Certified Practitioner of Human-Centered Design under LUMA Institute and has attained the Advanced Design Thinking Certificate issued by IDEO U.
