繩結編織工作坊 Macrame workshop (3月10日 10 Mar 1-4pm)
At Guhit Kulay, we believe that giving space for migrant workers to showcase their talent is a big encouragement for many more domestic workers to engage and hone their hidden skills. These are the reasons why we want to foster creativity among our community and encourage others to explore arts.
Ms. Elpie, a Guhit Kulay artist, will lead a macrame workshop. Macrame is a form of textile produced using knotting (rather than weaving or knitting) techniques. The workshop will start with the basic design of a plant hanger.
Everyone is welcome and priority will be given to migrant workers!
Date: 10 Mar 2024 (Sunday)
Time: 1-4pm
Note that the workshop will be conducted in English.
