Interpersonal relationships can bring joy, but can also but an area of friction and unhappiness at times. While we can’t control the external environment and others, cultivating inner awareness may help loosen the knots in interpersonal relationships. Through mindfulness and gentle movement, we return to the breath and learn to listen to the body. Extending to the interpersonal space, we practice deep listening to and support from each other.

Maggie 姓連,意為 「連結」,希望通過身心練習,與內在,其他人和世界連結。畢業於中文大學新聞傳播學士和人類學碩士,曾任職聯合國機構和非政府組織。她完成了靜觀減壓課程(Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction)基礎師資培訓,600小時美國瑜伽聯盟(Yoga Alliance)導師訓練,也在參與 Insight Dialogue 培訓。退役香港青少年網球代表後,遇上瑜伽,成為了她的碩士論文研究題目。她曾是lululemon 品牌大使 (2019-2021),也是2020年全球大使高峰會的香港代表。 歡迎到www.maggie-lin.com / IG @maggielin_wellness 更了解Maggie。
My family name is “Lin” (連) means “to connect”. I devote myself to living and sharing mindfulness to cultivate deeper connection within, with each other and with the world around us. Graduated from The School of Journalism and Communications, with an M.Phil. in anthropology, and used to work in NGOs. I am a qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and also received 600 hours of yoga teacher training under Yoga Alliance. Yoga became the topic of my Anthropology Master thesis at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and I frequently offer workshop, training and sharing for NGOs, universities, schools and corporates.
