多年來香港不乏各樣舊建築保育活化項目，但無論規模大小，發展方向幾乎都與藝術及文化相關，大同小異。究竟我們要繼續沿用這套熟悉的「藝文活化」模式，還是敢於打破框框、尋找新路徑？這次我們策劃一場認真但有創意和好玩的辯論，參加者會現場隨機分成正反兩邊進行激辯，在唇槍舌劍之間，能否為本地保育活化發展找到新方向？
辯題：搞空間活化就是做藝文？

Over the years, Hong Kong has seen numerous heritage conservation and revitalisation projects of various scales. However, their development paths have consistently revolved around arts and culture, making them largely similar. Should we stick with this “arts and culture revitalisation” model, or dare to seek new directions?
This time, we have curated a serious yet creative and fun debate. Participants will be randomly split into opposing sides on the spot to engage in a heated debate. Amidst the fierce battle of words, will they be able to uncover a new direction for local conservation and revitalisation?
