In the fast pace of everyday life, we often focus on moving forward, rarely slowing down to reflect on our own state or attend to our needs.
In Sai Kung, we have placed Healing Cabinets in several locations. Each drawer holds a different form of natural prescription, waiting to be discovered. There is no need to search for the “right” answer — simply follow your intuition, choose the drawer that resonates with you, and offer the present-moment prescription to yourself.
What the Healing Cabinet holds is more than an experience; it is a natural prescription for the present moment — accompanying you as you wander slowly through Sai Kung, and inviting you to rest well in brief moments, returning to your own rhythm.
