The owner of this local Sai Kung coffee shop says he's not a coffee expert, but he's always dreamed of opening a cafe. In 2022, he resolutely quit his job to start his business in Sai Kung, a city teeming with coffee shops. The owner wants to share with young people that starting a business doesn't require a lot of "energy" first. Instead, it's about maintaining an open and adaptable mindset after you start, so you can gradually accumulate experience and wisdom.
