定期邀請不同背景的講者合作，包括昔日振安大押員工、本地歷史研究者、店主、街坊及文化工作者，從多個角度分享振安大押、當舖文化以及灣仔的歷史與變遷。活動於振安大押這個真實歷史空間中進行，讓參加者不只是「聽故事」，而是置身其中，一步步走進當舖與灣仔的過去，讓大家以更立體的方式重新認識這個地方，拉近人與歷史、以及彼此之間的距離。
We regularly collaborate with speakers from diverse backgrounds—including former employees of Chun On Pawn Shop, historical experts, shop owners, residents and cultural practitioners—to share about the history and evolution of Chun On Pawn Shop, pawnbroking culture, and Wan Chai from multiple angles. Held within the authentic, historic walls of Chun On Pawn Shop, these sessions go far beyond "listening to stories", fostering a deeper connection to the past while bringing the community closer together.

這次的故事開講特別邀請到歐熾記後人歐錦泉先生，與「香港老美」展開精彩對談，娓娓道來灣仔道獨有的人情故事與社區演變，邀請你前來細聽這段屬於灣仔的集體回憶！

Standing tall on Wan Chai Road for decades, Chun On Pawn Shop has borne witness to the bustle and transformation of this vibrant street. As a long-time neighbour, Au Chi Kee has similarly taken root here, accompanying local residents through countless years.
For this Storytelling Session, we have invited Mr. Au Kam Chuen, a descendant of Au Chi Kee, to engage in a captivating dialogue with "Hong Kong Lomei". Together, they will share the unique stories and community evolution of Wan Chai Road. We warmly invite you to join this shared memory belonging to Wan Chai!

歐錦泉先生
歐氏生於五十年代香港，是灣仔道歐熾記燒臘肉食公司的少東。啟蒙於舊式學堂，受當時制度影響，未能參與升中試；中一誤投學店，學期未完而倒閉，輾轉再投讀他校至中五。預科畢業於珠海書院。
投身社會後，任職織造廠；婚後返回店中工作，惜父親不幸早逝，家道中落，家人眾議結束營業，變賣物業。為謀生計，重入職場。曾任職送貨、電腦行業，後北上東莞，入職毛紡製衣；最後紮根建築業，由地盤測量雜工起步，歷任水車司機、倉務、文員，三十載間升至行政經理。
其人愛抱不平，屢因直言而吃虧，然不改本色。工餘服務社區，推廣可持續發展。三十年義工生涯，曾獲建造業議會頒發「評審嘉許——卓越建造業義工金、銀獎項」三次，以及社聯「關懷大使」榮銜；亦曾主辦話劇及粵劇，為東華三院籌款。
工餘，因家人鼓勵，遂執筆記錄過往點滴，期望以自身經歷，與同代人共鳴，也讓年輕一代看見時代的痕跡。今應邀出席座談，分享其由地盤走進社區聚會之點滴。

團隊以理科的客觀嚴謹為本，透過搜查海內外百年檔案，親身訪尋歷史人物後人，穿梭連結建築、文化、美學及人文，偵查失落百年的香港故事，尋回這座城市在發展軌跡中丟失的記憶拼圖。

Mr. Au Kam Chuen @kc_flashback
Owner of Au Chi Kee Roast Meat Company on Wan Chai Road has lived and grown up in Wan Chai for over 70 years. Recently, he began writing online, reminiscing about the neighbourhood and the warmth of relationships fading away on street corners. Having encountered "Project House" and "Hong Kong Lomei," he's created this "human library," selflessly sharing previously unheard-of Wan Chai histories.

Utilising an objective, scientifically rigorous analytical framework, the research team conducts extensive research into domestic and international archives spanning over a century, while directly engaging with the descendants of key historical figures. This interdisciplinary approach synthesises architecture, culture, aesthetics, and humanistic studies to investigate historical narratives of Hong Kong that have been lost for a century, ultimately reconstructing the overlooked components of the city's urban development history.
