Redeeming Me Time: Body's Weather Report

“Emotions are like the weather, and we are the sky.”

As an experienced actor and yoga teacher, Belinda brings a deep understanding of how the body can be used to balance emotions and restore inner wellbeing. She firmly believes in the powerful connection between physical awareness and emotional health.

In this unique workshop, Belinda has thoughtfully combined gentle body movements with carefully selected mental fitness exercises drawn from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The result is the engaging and insightful "Body's Weather Report" experience.

Using the metaphor of weather as a guiding theme, participants will explore and playfully engage with their emotions through simple, mindful body movements. This creative approach helps you develop greater awareness, acceptance, and even appreciation for the full range of emotions that arise in daily life — whether sunny, stormy, or anything in between.

Participants will leave the workshop with practical tools to observe your emotions with less judgment, embrace emotional shifts with greater ease and build emotional resilience through body-mind connection

Perfect for anyone seeking a refreshing, embodied way to understand and navigate their inner world.

Be the steady sky — no matter what weather passes through.

Art On Heart

Art On Heart is a non-profit platform that connects artists with the public, transforming cross-

media creation and art experiences into therapeutic practices that can be sustained in daily

life, thereby strengthening the emotional well-being of individuals and communities.

Led by trained creatives acting as facilitators, Art On Heart workshops integrate the creative

process with the psychological flexibility model of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

(ACT). This cross-disciplinary approach results in a diverse range of participatory art

workshops designed to popularise the knowledge of therapeutic art and emotional health,

helping more people learn how to express themselves, connect with others, and self-regulate.

The first cohort of Art On Heart facilitators officially assembled in March 2026, and they will

be rolling out a series of community services aimed at raising emotional health awareness,

with a strong focus on preventative practices.

About Art On Heart:

Centred around the core concept of "Art × Emotional Well-being

"

, Art On Heart utilises

creative practices—including music, visual media, writing, and physical movement—to nurture

artists and promote the healing power of art. Our goal is to enhance the self-directed
