Ochadozo (茶日) 誠邀您，帶上您最喜歡的一隻碗 (BYOB)，在灣仔壹當一起泡一杯暖心的日本抹茶，將這種生活理念帶入社區。我們會為每位參加者提供一人份量的日本抹茶粉、熱水、及在場使用的竹茶掃。會先示範及講解抹茶相關內容包括茶掃使用技巧等，參加者用自帶碗泡一碗抹茶並品嚐。如參加者願意，亦可寫下文字或繪畫圖像，描述自帶碗。時間許可，我們會分享自帶碗的故事。透過BYOB活動，我們希望融合日本抹茶與本土文化及場地，藉此在香港及其地方推廣日本茶文化。
帶甚麼碗好呀? 從家中或辦公室帶任何你喜歡的碗都可以! 可以的話帶直徑不少於11cm高度不少於7cm的陶瓷或碗 (但其他碗亦可)。

Ochadozo invites you to bring your own bowl, whisk and enjoy Matcha together at Project House@Chun On Pawn. BYOB events, extending the warmth into everyday life. We’ll provide a 1-person portion of matcha powder from Japan, and a matcha whisk for participants to use at the venue. We’ll start off by doing a brief demonstration of matcha preparation and whisking techniques. Participants will then whisk and taste their own bowl of matcha, and if time permits and as they wish, share stories about their bowls, and write down any thoughts or draw images that come to mind. We wish to promote Japanese tea culture in Hong Kong and beyond by crossing-over hands-on Matcha events with local culture and venues.
You can bring any favourite bowl of yours from home or office (preferably a ceramic or wooden bowl >11cm in diameter and >7cm in height, but any bowl can do).

報名確認後，如參加者無法出席，將不獲退款。如果由主辦方因故取消活動，參加者可獲得全額退款。
Once registration is confirmed, no refund will be given if the participant is unable to attend.
In the unlikely event that a programme is cancelled by onebite, participants will receive a full refund.
惡劣天氣安排 Weather Arrangement
室內活動：如在活動舉行三個小時前，仍然懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、黑色暴雨警告信號，活動將會取消，並會用Whatsapp發佈/ 致電通知最新安排。
Indoor Activities: If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is still in effect three hours before the event, the event will be cancelled, and the latest arrangements will be communicated via WhatsApp/ phone.

Ochadozo (茶日) 從2017年至今舉辦了各種日本抹茶及煎茶 (茶葉茶) 工作坊和體驗活動，並出售相關產品。活動地點包括共享工作室、陶瓷店、零售點等等。
每種抹茶都有其獨特味道及個性，取決予眾多因素，如生產者的想法信念、季節性氣候變化。如何使用茶掃 (茶筅) 以及浸泡時間溫度亦會影響口感及味道。每碗日本抹茶都承載著生產者及其它人的努力及意念，所以它遠遠不止是一杯飲品。通過舉辦活動，我們希望能繼續在香港及其它地方推廣日本茶文化。
Since 2017, OCHADOZO started offering pop-up Matcha (powder green tea) and Sencha (brewed-leave green teas) workshops in Hong Kong, and we also sell matcha-related products. Event venues include co-working spaces, ceramic shops, retail spaces, etc. Every bowl of matcha is packed with the passion and dedication of tea producers, professionals, and artisans, and the taste reflects their values and beliefs, landscapes, climatic variations, etc., making each tea unique. Through what we do, we hope to keep promoting Japanese tea culture to more guests and friends in Hong Kong and beyond.
