A cultural workshop themed around the classic South Asian street food, Pani Puri. Participants will get hands-on experience poking a hole into small, crispy fried puri shells, filling them with spiced potatoes, chickpeas, and bean sprouts, and customizing them with signature flavored waters—such as mint-cilantro water or sweet and sour tamarind-date chutney—to their liking. Guided by a South Asian instructor, you'll learn about the cultural significance behind this street food and engage in an authentic cultural exchange.
