報名確認後，如參加者無法出席，將不獲退款。如果由主辦方因故取消活動，參加者可獲得全額退款。

室內活動：如在活動舉行三個小時前，仍然懸掛八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號、黑色暴雨警告信號，活動將會取消，並會用Whatsapp發佈/ 致電通知最新安排。
Indoor Activities: If a Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above, or a Black Rainstorm Warning Signal, is still in effect three hours before the event, the event will be cancelled, and the latest arrangements will be communicated via WhatsApp/ phone.
合作夥伴 Collaborator
一才鑼鼓由陳志江、李勁持成立於2012年，專攻戲曲音樂，致力以音樂會、說唱、劇場、即興等各種表演形式呈現戲曲之音樂感和戲劇感，傳統現代不拘，尤愛演出應景說唱南音。近年項目有：網上音樂庫「香港微音樂」、互動劇場「學行」、丘鶴儔工尺譜研究計劃「工尺之間」、《講下嘢，唱下歌：南音有聲書》、「南音聽・唱・讀・寫工作坊系列」等。
Founded in 2012 by Kong Chan and King-chi Lee, The Gong Strikes One specialises in traditional Chinese theatrical music. Their work spans a wide range of performance settings—including concerts, storytelling concerts, theatre, and improvisation—through which they create original works that foreground the musicality and theatricality of Chinese theatre traditions.
Their recent projects include: “Hong Kong Music Miniatures”, an online music library of newly written mini-music; “To Learn to Walk”, an interactive theatre work, and “Between the Notes”, a research project on gongche scores from early Hong Kong, and Naamyam Audiobook" which performs classic tales from early naamyam songbooks.
