上環壹合培訓了一班街坊成為「聆聽員👂」。他們不帶批判，不急於給予建議只想用耐心的陪伴，聽聽你的故事。
活動現場街坊們會帶著「情緒卡牌」在壹當「二叔公樹窿」時段駐場，透過卡牌上的文字與圖像，或許能幫你梳理那些凌亂的思緒，為起伏的情感找到最合適的詞彙。如果你也有一段想被聽見的心情，歡迎來與我們見面✨🫂

In our daily lives, we often carry emotions that are difficult to put into words. Some may be feelings of suppression that we do not know how to express, while others may be unresolved experiences from the past. Instead of processing them alone, why not find a place where they can have an outlet? 💦
"Project House @1QRW" has trained a group of local residents to become “Kai Fong Listeners” 👂. They are not here to judge or rush to offer advice—instead, they simply hope to accompany you patiently and listen to your story.
During the event, our listeners will be present with “emotion cards” during "Yee Suk Kung Tree Hole". Through the words and images on the cards, they may help you organise your tangled thoughts and find the words that best express your emotions. If you have feelings or a story you would like someone to hear, you are warmly welcome to come and meet us ✨🫂
No booking required. Sessions are 15 minutes each. Spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

「壹合」社區共享空間，位於皇后大道西壹號「有記合」唐樓地舖，以結合歷史、社區、文化的創意活動連結上環街坊，為街坊提供喘息的空間。我們期望以空間配對社區資源，營造上環社區的互助網絡，強化地區韌性。「壹合」希望成為上環街坊們的聚腳地，提供一個相聚相連的平台。我們將舉辦一系列固定服務和主題活動，為大家提供多樣化的活動體驗，營造相互交流的機會。「壹合」由明愛堅道社區中心及一口舍群共同營運。「壹合」由擇善基金會及周大福慈善基金共同資助、活在山下基金全力支持。
街坊駐場簡介
上環區內退休人士作為「當值街坊」，每週輪流服務一個下午，主力向其他街坊介紹計劃、協助籌備查合的活動。街坊亦會成為「外展隊伍」成員，與社工一同到區內其他地方協助識別及關心行動較不便、有社交孤立危機的街坊。
Project House @1QRW
Project House @1QRW serves as a community shared space located at the shop space at 1 Queen’s Road West in Sheung Wan, the former “Yau Kee Hop”. We hope to connect the community of Sheung Wan and provide a comfortable breathing space by weaving heritage, community and culture through creative happenings. By leveraging this iconic shop space and bridging local community resources, we intend to foster and strengthen the Sheung Wan community network and resilience. Project House @1QRW aspires to be a gathering space for Sheung Wan kaifongs, a place to meet and connect with one another via both regular services and thematic activities. Project House @1QRW is co-operated by Caritas Community Centre - Caine Road and onebite Social. This project is co-funded by ZeShan Foundation and Chow Tai Fook Charity Foundation, and in collaboration with the Lion Rock Heritage Foundation.
Retired residents from the Sheung Wan community serve as “neighbourhood volunteers,” taking turns to be on duty one afternoon each week. Their main roles are to introduce the programme to other residents and assist with the preparation of Project House @1QRW’s activities. They also form part of the “outreach team,” accompanying social workers to different locations in the neighbourhood to identify and connect with residents who have limited mobility or may be at risk of social isolation.
