As a certified NAHA Aroma Crystal Bowls Practitioner, Sardonna combines the resonant tones of crystal singing bowls with the calming elements of essential oils. She believes that engaging multiple senses—especially through sound and scent—can let the mind to unwind and the body to find its natural rhythm. By stimulating the olfactory system with therapeutic aromas and immersing participants in gentle sound waves, her sessions offer a unique path to presence and peace.
Beyond working with adults, Sardonna is also a dedicated advocate for holistic wellness for animals. She regularly hosts special sessions designed for both pawrents and their furry companions, introducing a nurturing way to relax and reconnect—together.
