西貢社區宴是一個邀請大家分享味道與故事的夜晚，誠邀每一位街坊帶上一碟「西貢的味道」——它可以是你在家親手製作的拿手小菜，也可以是巷弄小店的心頭好。當晚還有「西貢主廚」惠珍親自掌勺，呈獻在地特色的晚餐並分享料理心得。讓我們放下日常的匆忙，透過美食重新連結鄰里，聽聽那些藏在味道背後的西貢記憶。

What does the "Taste of Sai Kung" mean to you? For those of us living here, there is often a unique flavour tucked away in our hearts. After a long and tiring week, we welcome you back—much like coming home—to share a meal with us.

The Community Potluck Night is an evening dedicated to sharing flavours and stories. We warmly invite every neighbour to bring a dish that represents your "Taste of Sai Kung"—it could be a signature dish from your own kitchen or a favourite find from a local back-alley shop. Alongside our collective feast, legendary local chef Wai Chun will take the lead, serving up a dinner full of authentic Sai Kung flavours and sharing her culinary wisdom. Let us set aside the rush of daily life to reconnect with our neighbours through food, and listen to the memories of Sai Kung hidden within every bite.
